HISTORY 

Apache Tear is a naturally occurring form of Obsidian formed through volcanic activity. According to Native American legend, the stone was named after the tears of Apache women mourning the loss of their warriors, giving it a deep connection to grief, healing and emotional strength.
Apache Tears are often more translucent than regular Obsidian and can sometimes glow brown or smoky red when held up to the light.
