We offer flat rate $9 shipping Australia wide, with free shipping on all orders over $90.All orders are carefully packed from our home in Victoria using protective packaging to ensure your crystals arrive safely.Free local pickup is also available from Kilmore, VIC.Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.Due to the unique nature of our crystals and handmade-style pieces, variations in colour, shape and texture are part of their natural beauty.If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
