This is one of my favourite stones! Smokey Quartz is a beautiful stone that can be found in a range of shades of transparent brown and often has beautiful rainbow inclusions.
Fun fact, the first pair of sunglasses made in China were made with flat planes of Smokey Quartz.

Smokey Quartz is an amazing grounding stone. It is also a great calming stone, it relieves stress, calms anxiety, lifts depression, dispels negative energy and brings an overall emotional calmness over us. This also can aid in getting a good nights sleep or having a better sleep.
It promotes positive energy and can turn negative energy into positive. This protects us from negative energy.
